About Urban Hair
Urban Hair is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our mailing address is Magnus Ladulåsgatan 32D, 118 61 Stockholm.
If you wish to get in touch with us, please email info@urbanhair.se with your inquiry and contact details. We will respond as soon as possible.
Orders
Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding the products, pricing, billing and shipping addresses.
If there is any discrepancy in your confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@urbanhair.se.
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1–4 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
If your delivery is delayed and we have not informed you of an extended delivery time, please contact us at info@urbanhair.se.
Prices
All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors or incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing from our website, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original undamaged packaging.

You must notify us at info@urbanhair.se and include your name, address, email address, order number and clearly state which products you wish to return.

You must return the item(s) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for the return shipping and the condition of the product during return transport.

If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value from your refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

Audio or video recordings with broken seals.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Services that have been fully performed with your consent to waive the right of withdrawal.

Perishable goods (e.g. food).

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints and Returns
We inspect all products before dispatch. If a product still arrives damaged or incorrect, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
Always contact us before returning a faulty item.
How to make a complaint:

Email info@urbanhair.se and include your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve the problem or send a replacement, you will be refunded for the defective product.

We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not deemed faulty under current consumer protection law.

We follow the guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see www.arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions or supplier delivery failures.
We also take no responsibility for changes in product characteristics made by our suppliers.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors and product sell-outs.
We cannot guarantee that product images exactly represent the items due to differences in screen display, photography and resolution.
We always strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.
Customers within the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s online dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
All disputes shall be resolved under Swedish law.
